About Lodestar

Lodestar is an NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN study tool. It is built by Brevmar Holdings, LLC, a Florida company in Boca Raton, Florida. In this page, "Lodestar," "we," and "us" mean Brevmar Holdings, LLC, and "you" means the student using Lodestar.

Self-study plans

One-time payment

Every plan is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Your access code

After you pay, we email you an access code. Your access days start the first time you unlock the code, not on the day you buy it. So you can buy now and start when you are ready.

One person per code

Your code is for you alone. Please do not share it or resell it.

Your progress lives in your browser

Your study progress is saved in the browser on your device. Use the same browser each time so your progress stays with you.

When your plan ends

When your term ends, access stops. You can renew anytime by buying a plan again.

Coaching

Group cohort, $100 per seat

• Five live one-hour video classes, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Eastern.
• Classes run on five weekdays in a row, starting on the start date you pick on the booking calendar.
• New cohorts start every Wednesday. The first cohort starts October 1, 2026.
• Each class is limited to 10 students.

1:1 coaching, $200

• One private 60-minute video session.
• You book it on the calendar, between 2:00 and 4:00 pm Eastern on weekdays.
• Book your session within 60 days of purchase.

Rescheduling

Need to move a class or a session? Reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours ahead.

Refunds

Self-study plans

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.

Group cohort

You can get a full refund if you ask at least 24 hours before the first class. After that, there is no refund, but you may move once to a later cohort.

1:1 coaching

You can get a full refund if you ask at least 24 hours before your booked session, or at any time before you book, within the 60 days. A session that is not booked expires after 60 days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Lodestar never sees or stores your full card number.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout where required.

Privacy

What we collect and why

At checkout, Stripe collects your name and email. We use them to send your access code, your receipts, and your coaching emails. Emails we send automatically, such as your access code and receipts, go through Resend.

If you book coaching on our booking calendar, your booking details go through Cal.com. Video classes and sessions run on Cal Video or Google Meet, and your invitation shows which one.

We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics so we know which pages people use. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect your name, email, or IP address for us to see.

Coaching sign-ups

When you enroll or join the waitlist on our coaching page, we collect the name you enter (we ask only for your first name), your email address, and whether you are preparing for NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN. We also record the date you signed up and whether you enrolled or joined the waitlist. Our hosting and database providers keep short-lived technical logs of each sign-up, which can include your IP address.

We keep your sign-up details in our database, which Supabase hosts for us on servers in the United States. Inside Brevmar Holdings, LLC, only our owners and coaches can see them. We use them only to email you about coaching or the waitlist and to set up your sessions.

Google Calendar and Google Meet

A coach may send you a Google Calendar invitation for your session and hold the session on Google Meet. When they do, your name and email address are shared with Google for that purpose, and Google handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. In a group class, the other students in the class can see the name you join with and anything you share on camera or in chat.

Email about coaching

Email about coaching comes from Brevmar Holdings, LLC email addresses or from your coach's own email address. Booking confirmations from Cal.com and calendar invitations from Google are sent by those services on our behalf.

What stays on your device

Your study progress and your access code are stored in your own browser (local storage). They are not stored on Lodestar servers.

What we will not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send you marketing email without your consent.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

To stop email about coaching or the waitlist, reply to any of our emails and ask us to stop, or write to [email protected].

To see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected]. When we delete your details, we remove your coaching sign-up from our database and delete the calendar events we created for you. Emails we have already exchanged with you may remain in our mailboxes. We cannot delete payment records that the law requires us to keep, and the services named on this page keep their own records under their own policies.
